ONE MILLION LAPIS — PIA-Pangasinan’s Venus May Sarmiento and April Montes receive the 6,612 pencils donated by employees of the PhilHealth Regional Office-1 from Regional Vice-President Atty. Rodolfo del Rosario as part of the ‘One Million Lapis’ campaign initiated by the Council for the Welfare of Children. PIA offices nationwide serve as drop-off centers for the pencil donations.
