OATHTAKING OF VICE MAYORS. Gov. Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III (right) swears into office the new set of officers of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines-Pangasinan Chapter headed by its president, Mangatarem Vice Mayor Teodoro “Teddy” Cruz (2nd from right) last September 27 at the ceremonial hall of the Urduja House. After the induction, the provincial chief executive sat down with the officers to briefly talk about the leagues’ plans and projections. The governor urged not just the officers but all members of the league to come up with tangible programs and projects that will benefit the people of Pangasinan. Stressing the importance of unity, Gov. Pogi said the league must work hand-in-hand to deliver effective and genuine service to the public specially to the marginalized sector of society.
