LINGAYEN– Gov. Amado Espino III is expected to list his accomplishments since assuming office on July 1 this year and define his next goals and priorities when he delivers his First 100 Days Report before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) on Monday, October 10.

The SP, in its resolution on Sept. 26, extended the invitation to the governor to give his First 100 Days Report before the body so that the same could be documented into the annals of history of the legislative branch of the province.

The legislative body said the governor’s report will be the start of measuring the policies, priority development plans, and programs of the provincial government and determine what support he will further require for the implementation of planned projects till 2019.

At the same time, it maintained that marking the First 100 Days in service is a milestone of a new administration to determine the government’s main thrust for the people. (Leonardo Micua)
