A VENDOR in Barangay Bonuan Gueset in Dagupan City was arrested by operatives of the Dagupan City Police Station and PDEA 1 last Tuesday, September 6 in a buy-bust operation.

Arrested was Elizabeth Dela Cruz, a.k.a “Beth”, 39, married, a vendor and resident of Bagong Barrio, Bonuan Gueset, after she sold one (1) piece of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu to a poseur- buyer.

Her arrest was triggered by an information from a confidential asset that she regularly sells illegal drugs in the barangay.

A case for theft and violation of RA 9165 is now being readied for filing in court against the suspect. (With report from DCPS)
