LINGAYEN – The Pangasinan Employment Services Office (PESO) held its “Matuto sa Eksperto” entrepreneurial seminar last August 26 at the PESO Building, Capitol Compound here.

PESO manager Alex Ferrer said the seminar sought to enhance skills of micro, small and medium enterprise managers.

Resource speakers were two established Pangasinense proprietors: Cristina Reyes of Calasiao’s Habitat Spa and Dionisio Espiritu of Alpha Printing Press in Dagupan City.

Twenty-nine livelihood beneficiaries/grantees of the provincial government and some new SMEs participated in the event. (RCL_PIO)
