Jobseekers offered work in PESO job fair
LINGAYEN – Over 200 hundred applicants registered for Pangasinan Employment Services Office’s (PESO) career fair last September 22 at the PESO Building, Capitol Compound that was participated in by eight companies offering hundreds of jobs in and out of the country.
Among the local firms that joined the fair were: BestOne Human Resource Services, Incorporated, Janby Marketing, Inc., Philippine Oppo Mobile, Inc., Option Plus Services and Trading/Red Dragon Farms, Sutherland Global Services and Fortune Tutorial.
Skybourne International Inc. continued its fielding factory workers for Taiwan while Havillah International Manpower Services, Inc. recruited employees for Hong Kong Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Kuwait.
Richelle Raguindin, labor and employment officer, said that the event is one of the two job fairs PESO organizes every month in line with the goal of Governor Amado Espino III to help Pangasinenses secure a decent source of income.
PESO scheduled on Sep. 24 a special recruitment event by Gulf Horizon International Services, outsourcing registered nurses for Saudi Arabia.
BestOne and 3Cs recruited male and female production specialists respectively, in Malasiqui on Sept. 23 and in Dasol on Sept. 30.
These two mini-job fairs in the said towns serve as follow-up event for the Capacity Enhancement Training conducted by the office. (RMCL_PIO)
