ANOTHER ‘HWAG TULARAN…’ VICTIM

LINGAYEN—The lifeless body of a man hogtied, found Wednesday along a dike in Barangay Talogtog was identified by residents as the public school teacher who unknown to residents was actually listed as the number two top drug personality in this town.

P/Superintendent Jackson Seguin, acting-police chief, said Friday that the victim was Jojo dela Fuente, a teacher at Domalandan Integrated School, and resident of Barangay Domalandan.

Seguin said Dela Fuente was considered a high-value target in their drug watch list.

When found hogtied and dumped along the dike, Dela Fuente appeared to have been a victim of summary execution with four gun shot wounds in his body. A message tag was placed beside his body telling of his drug links.

Police recovered three empty shells of caliber .45 at the crime scene. (Tita Roces)
