SPES Grantees of the Capitol
Members of the second batch of Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) project of the Department of Labor and Employment and the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) flash the Pangasinan number one sign led by Governor Amado ‘Pogi’ Espino, III, PESO Manager Alex Ferrer, DOLE representative, Labor Officer III Rhodora Dingle and Provincial Information Officer Orpheus Velasco after the distribution of the 60 percent wage counterpart of the provincial government held on August 5 at the PESO building.
