SGHTC keglers take early lead
THE Specialist Group Hospital Trauma Center bowling team surprised five teams by combining a total of 3117 pinfalls to take the early lead in the opening of the 2016 Inter-Hospital Cup Bowling Tournament staged on August 23 at CSI Bowling Lanes in Lucao, Dagupan City.
Spearheaded by Dr. Romy Tabayoyong, the five-man SGHTC keglers trounced the second running Dr. Otto Raguindin-skippered Region 1 Medical Center by 56 pinfalls (3061) and Medical City by 109 (3008) led by Dr. Maxi Escano.
Rounding up the top six were: Dr. Oscar Ramirez and Dr. Tony Coquia of Nazareth General Hospital (3000); Dr. Sammy Elguira of Elguira General Hospital (2932); and Dr. Eugenio de Leon of Medical Centrum (2481). (Jesus Garcia, Jr.)
