BLESSING OF DENTAL HEALTH BUS. Incoming Governor Amado “Pogi” Espino, III (left photo) leads the blessing of the dental health bus and other items donated by the Department of Health (DOH) to the Provincial Health Office (PHO) after the regular flag-raising of the provincial government held on June 20 at the Capitol Plaza. Other DOH donated items include: wheelchairs (863 units), infant weighing scale (42 units) and binocular microscope (12 units).
