PROV’L GOVERNMENT FULL FORCE IN LINGAYEN GULF CLEAN-UP Governor Amado T. Espino Jr. leads the provincial government in Lingayen gulf clean-up last May 2 after visitors produced tons of trash during Pistay Dayat 2016 celebration. Volunteers and provincial employees actively participated in the event held twice a year which aims to rejuvenate the gulf and maintain Pangasinan’s Hall of Fame as Cleanest, Greenest and Safest province. /jpo/Photo by Senielda Reyes
