PROV’L GOVERNMENT FULL FORCE IN LINGAYEN GULF CLEAN-UP Governor Amado T. Espino Jr. leads the provincial government in Lingayen gulf clean-up last May 2 after visitors produced tons of trash during Pistay Dayat 2016 celebration.
