LTO employee drowns in Tondaligan Beach
DAGUPAN CITY—A 28 year-old employee of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Tarlac City drowned in Bonuan Tondaligan beach on May 21.
Based on the investigation of the Dagupan City Police Station (DCPS), the victim, Antonio Ballalez Jr. from Lacayang Paniqui, Tarlac, was with his relatives.
Ballalez was seen beyond the warning rope of the prohibited swimming area before he disappeared.
The victim’s body was retrieved by lifeguards and was brought to Region 1 Medical Center but was pronounced dead on arrival. (Hilda Austria)
