UST grad school helps upgrade barangay’s capabilities

THE UST Graduate School, Law Discipline rendered community extension service on April 1, 2016 at the City Museum in Dagupan City for the barangay chairmen, lupon members, barangay kagawads, and secretaries under the auspices of the Dagupan city government led by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez.

The following resource speakers, the graduate students of Program Lead (Law) Judge Alicia G. Decano, DCL and Professorial Lecturer in Barangay Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution (second term), Jan-May, 2016 are: RTC Judges Jonathan M. Agnes, Cynthia Wee and John Voltaire Ventura; Prosecutor Angela V. Garcia; RTC Clerks of Court, Attys. Edna Gogolin and Jenneth Gregorio; Attys. Mario Destura, Lorenza Abion, Gregory Nuega, Angeli Abania and Com. Leilani Escueta IBP, National Chapter.

Role-playing by the resource speakers and an open forum energized the audience.

Opening and closing remarks, in representation of the City Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, were rendered by the City Administrator, Atty. Farah G. Decano.
