SUMMER IS FOR KIDS — One knows it’s summertime when children begin to clamber on anything that promises a fun dive into the ocean, river or a lake, like the kids in Infanta town who couldn’t care less why their fathers and elder brothers no longer go farther out to fish in the West Philippine Sea.
