Siblings, cousin drown in Bayambang river
TAKING SELFIE PICS CAN BE DANGEROUS
BAYAMBANG—Two siblings and their cousin drowned on Agno River in Barangay Carungay here Wednesday afternoon after they fell from a bamboo raft while taking selfie photos.
The victims were Kyla Bautista, 16, and her brother Kenneth Bautista, 20, and their cousin Karen San Jose, 14, single, all residents of said barangay, were with other relatives when the accident happened.
The victims didn’t know how to swim.
Kenneth’s and Kyla’s bodies were quickly recovered by their relatives but were declared dead on arrival at the Bayambang District Hospital
