BALON DAGUPAN GOES TO SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’s vision of a Balon Dagupan was showcased at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore and in Malaysia in a scholastic peregrination joined by City Administrator Farah Marie G. Decano and Public Employment and Service Officer (PESO) Manager Joy Siapno last April 4-10. Decano represented Mayor Belen, who was invited by the University of Sto.
