LINGAYEN—Joint police elements arrested four wanted top drug personalities in different towns in separate buy-bust operations.

The police arrested on February 5 by virtue of search warrant Roland Novillos of Barangay Lebueg the top 1 priority target list on illegal drugs of Laoac town.

The police seized from him three sachets of shabu, one caliber .38 and one live ammunition of caliber 22.

In Villasis town, Ann Margarette Dalope, 33, resident of Barangay Lipay and listed as number 9 in top 10 drug personalities in said town was also nabbed in a buy-bust operation.

Authorities confiscated from her five sachets of shabu and P500 marked money.

Myla Caalim, 29, of Barangay Casibong, San Jacinto town, listed as top 4 in the town’s drug watchlist was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Baloling, Mapandan town. Seized from here sachet with shabu and P200 marked money.

Rolando Caranto, 44, incumbent barangay kagawad of Cabueldatan, Malasiqui was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Magsaysay St., Barangay Poblacion.

Caranto, listed number 7 in Malasiqui’s drug watch list. The police seized from him two P500 bills marked money and two sachets of shabu.

Also nabbed by police on February 5 were the top five and six wanted persons in Cordillera on Feb. 5 in Barangay Palacpalac, Pozorrubio.

Arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest were Crispin Ngagan, 42, farmer and resident of Longlong, Baguio City and Cesar Pandayan, resident of Quirino Hill, Baguio City who were listed as Police Regional Office Cordillera Sibat Target Regional Level numbers five and six respectively.

Ngagan was nabbed for the crime of robbery and Republic Act 9262 on Violence Against Women and Children.

Pandayan was accused for robbery and illegal possession of firearms. (Tita Roces)
