R1AA’S SURPRISE WINNER  – The Balon Dagupan Team clinches the second place over-all in the 2016 Region 1 Athletic Association Meet in San Carlos City, Pangasinan for the first time in the history of R1AA. The team was also declared champIon in the elementary level for the first time and first runner-up in the secondary level.
