THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 1 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) presented to Mayor Belen T. Fernandez on Wednesday an award recognizing the city’s performance for its Most Institutionalized Conduct of City Advisory Council meetings among all cities in the region.

The award was presented to the mayor by Joan Keth Padilla of the DSWD Provincial Operations Office of Pangasinan Cluster 3 during the City Advisory Council meeting at the City Mayor’s Office Conference Hall on January 13.

The award was announced during the 4Ps Implementation Review for 2015 at the Crown Legacy Hotel in Baguio City on December 14 by DSWD Regional Director Marcelo Nicomedes J. Castillo.

At present, the city has 4,209 enrollees under the 4Ps. (CIO)
