Visitor swept by Agno River, missing
CHRISTMAS DAY VICTIM
ALCALA— A 19-year-old teen from Barangay Legaspi San Manuel Tarlac is believed to have drowned in Agno River at Barangay Laoac Alcala on Christmas Day.
Alcala Police Station identified the victim as Edmark Paul Malaso dived into the water to save his companion from drowning, however, the strong current of the river swept him away.
Malaso was with his friends swimming in the river to celebrate.
The search and retrieval of his body continues as of press time. (Hilda Austria)
