Security guards get P69k in claims
FIVE security guards finally received their monetary claims against a Malabon-based security agency seven months after being separated from the company.
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Dagupan Field Office helped resolve the money claim within six days under the Single Entry Approach or SEnA.
SEnA is an administrative process which allows parties to a labor issue to submit to a 30-day conciliation-mediation to settle amicably, sparing them from expensive and taxing process of labor case hearings.
The Dagupan Field Office reported that settlement amounted to P69,357.05 for the payment of the claimants’ unpaid salaries, 13th month pay and cash bond. (PIA-1, Pangasinan)
