MEET MISS BALON DAGUPAN 2015 — April Ann Ramos Melecio (center) a 20-year old Radiology Technology student of Lyceum Northwestern University, this year’s Miss Balon Dagupan 2015, is flanked by Nikki Marmolejo (right) first runner-up and Dorothy Faye Londonio Centeno, second runner-up.
