SO THE PEOPLE MAY KNOW — A motorist negotiates the Manila North Road marked by cut trees by his lonesome unmindful of the DPWH signage nailed to a tree stripped bare of branches along the Binalonan stretch, explaining the terms for the cutting and earth-balling of trees along the highway.
