‘LIBRENG SINE’ FOR DAY CARE CHILDREN – In observance of the National Children’s Month, some 2,530 day care pupils queue for a free movie viewing last week at CSI Cinema of ‘ Antman’. The free movie is an annual treat of Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (left) every Children’s Month, a tradition she started when she was still a city councilor.
