City’s downtown loop closed on December 4
THE city’s main thoroughfares will be closed to traffic on December 4 to give way to the “Happy City Parade” along the downtown loop that will officially kick off city’s 2015 City Fiesta Celebration.
Public Order and Safety Office Chief Michael C. Hernando said the parade will start at 2:00 p.m. but the traffic-rerouting scheme will start as early as 11:00 in the morning of the same day.
Participants will assemble at Burgos and Guilig Streets and the parade will pass through Perez Boulevard, M.H. Del Pilar, A.B. Fernandez Avenue and end at the city plaza.
Normal flow and route of traffic will resume after the parade when all the participants shall be inside the city plaza. (CIO)
