CITY CONVENES KATROPA – The City Government of Dagupan holds a seminar for members of the Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya (KATROPA), an organization espousing advocacies to make its members become more responsible family men and to strengthen their roles in the family and community as well.
