UNLI-FEEDING FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN – The Rotary Club of Dagupan in cooperation with the City Government of Dagupan conducts its feeding program at Lomboy Elementary School for 84 pupils and Salapingao Elementary School for 104 pupils in support of the through the MBTF 3-month supplemental feeding program.
