THE Roxas Aliguas Movement (RAM) welcomed the expression of support for the formation of the Partido na Pangasinan (PP) led by Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. and Congressman Leopoldo N. Bataoil.

Lawyer Liberato Reyna Jr. and civic leader Manuel Roy, RAM chairman and convenor, respectively, said the Partido’s support for Roxas’ candidacy ensures his overwhelming electoral win in Pangasinan.

Both said Messers. Espino and Bataoil’s impressive track records augur well for the campaign for Roxas.

Other local political stalwarts who joined the PP were provincial board member Alfonso Bince Jr. vice chairman; former Board Member (BM) Angel Baniqued Sr., vice president; Vice Gov. Jose Calimlim Jr., secretary general; BM Danilo Uy, treasurer, and assistant provincial health officer, Jeremy Agerico Rosario, auditor.

Its board directors are Teofilo Humilde (1st District), BM Nestor Reyes (2nd district); Sta. Barbara Mayor Carlito Zaplan (3rd district); BM Liberato Villegas (4th district); Bautista Mayor Amadeo T. Espino (5th district) and BM Ranjit Ramos Shahani (6th district).

The group committed to contribute its share in continuing the “Matuwid na Daan” advocacy of President Aquino which Roxas has pledged to further pursue.

“Let’s support the Roxas-Robredo (RoRo) tandem and be part of its journey for the country’s tranquility and prosperity,” said Roy.
