MANGALDAN—The number 6 top drug personality here was arrested last week in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bari here.

P/Superintendent Jackie Candelario, the town police chief, said Jaynald Bautista alias Pikos, 27, single, a resident at the barangay, sold one heat-sealed plastic sachet with shabu in exchange for P100.

Operatives also seized from him another plastic sachet containing shabu.  (Tita Roces)
