LINGAYEN – Almost 2,000 public servants from local and national government agencies in Eastern Pangasinan joined the Fun Run 2015, a run-for-a-cause activity to celebrate the 115th anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), hosted this year by the municipality of Bautista.

Director II of CSC Field Office in Urdaneta City, Rogelio T. Del Rosario said the CSC’s Fun Run 2015 was aimed raising awareness towards the government service’s Lingkod Bayani and to raise funds for the CSC field office building to be built in Urdaneta City.

Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr., joined by his son, Liga ng mga Barangay president and Board Member, Amado I. Espino III, Bautista Mayor Amadeo T. Espino and Vice Mayor Jojo Espino, urged the public servants to always maintain self-respect.

“I always said that public service is much better than private corporation services,” the governor said. (PIO)
