Watch out for ‘Tourism Quiz Bee’
LINGAYEN— If you think you know enough trivia and facts about Pangasinan’s culture and history, join the Tourism Quiz Bee that will be launched by the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office next month.
According to Ma. Luisa Elduayan, the provincial tourism officer, the provincial tourism quiz bee, in partnership with towns and the Department of Education (DepEd) will be held on September 28 as a concluding activity of the 2015 Tourism Month Celebration of the province.
The Quiz Bee, a component activity of the Tourism Month Celebration every September, will cover Pangasinan’s history, tourism, facts and figures, and general knowledge.
Competition in the town/city level will be held before it culminates in the provincial level competition. As of August 12, 27 LGUs have committed to hold the town level tourism quiz bee among Grade 10 students.
