Urduja Film Festival 2015, Sep 28
THE Student Short Film Competition of the 2nd Urduja Film Festival 2015, will be held on Sep. 28 to Oct 7.
Budding filmmakers in local universities, colleges and high schools in Region 1 may submit their entries. Meanwhile, a new category, the Open Film Competition for non-students, has been launched.

The Urduja Film Festival is the biggest annual undertaking to promote student- independent filmmaking competition in Region I and Northern Luzon. It envisions honing artistic skills (filmmaking, storytelling artistry, acting talents) and creative minds of young people in the make-believe art of the celluloid world.
Festival jury head is multi-awarded film Director Christopher Gozum (Cinemanila International Best Director and 2-time Palanca winner). Other jury member is Box Office Urian Best Director Bb Joyce Bernal, Community leader and Businesswoman Nady Mangaliag, and Festival chairman and Film Critic Dr. Leo Fuentes.
