THE WATER THAT DESTROYS — A spillway gate of San Roque Dam’s was opened for nearly 120 hours since August 22 releasing tons of excess water to the Agno River and caused flooding in portions of 31 barangays in the towns of Calasiao, Sta. Barbara, Bautista, Bayambang, Alcala and parts of Dagupan City that resulted in millions of damages again to infrastructure and agriculture.
