ORDER

This is a verified petition filed by petitioner Juliana D. Scheppner of Barangay Lareg-Lareg, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, praying for the adoption of minor Maria Angelina D. Duyanen, which this Court finds to be sufficient in form and substance.

WHEREFORE, let the initial hearing of the petition be set on October 6, 2015 at 8:30 in the morning, on which date, time and place, all those who may have any opposition thereto may appear and show cause, if any, why the petition should not be granted.

Meanwhile, the social worker of this Court is hereby ordered to conduct a case study and to submit his findings and recommendation thereon or before the hearing herein setforth.

Let this Order be published for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of San Carlos, Dagupan, Urdaneta, Alaminos and the Province of Pangasinan at the expense of the petitioner to be selected on the basis of raffle.
