NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-Judicial Petition for Sale under Act No. 3135 as Amended, filed on 23 June 2015 by RURAL BANK OF ITOGON (BENGUET), INC., Mangaldan Branch, with principal office at C Visayas Ave., Bahay  Toro, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, against MARILYN D. GONZALES, Atty-in-Fact of FELICIDAD MAGALONG DAGOHOY, with residence and postal address at No. 22 Brgy. Nibaliw, Mangaldan, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of May 31, 2015 amounts to FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS and 67/100 (PHP 588,616.67), Philippine Currency, including interests, penalties, other charges and attorney’s fees but exclusive interest and penalties thereafter and other expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned sheriff will sell at public auction on September 11, 2015 (Friday) between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the main entrance of the Municipal Hall of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described properties, with all the existing improvements, to wit:

“A parcel of land, residential land, including all improvements thereon, Cad. Lot No. 36057-P (now), 3240-P (3249-P) (bef.), situated at Brgy. Nibaliw, Municipality of Mangaldan, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North by Lot 057, on the East by Lot 058, on the South by Lot 022 and on the West by Lot 020, xxx containing an area of THREE HUNDRED ONE (301) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Assessed at Php 42,140.00 as per Tax Declaration No. 25-0023-00115 in the name of Felicidad Dagohoy Magalong, 2013 Realty Tax paid as per O.R. No. 9513805, dated August 7, 2013 at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, not yet registered under Act 496 nor under the Spanish Mortgage Law, but registable under Act. 3344, as amended.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the properties will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on September 18, 2015, (Friday), same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/ Tax Declaration of the property above-described and the encumbrances thereon of any there be.
