GEMINI ELIZA, GENSON, JOHANN and JESUS, all surnamed NAVARRO that certain 5462 sqmtrs with Tax Decl No. 498, under Doc. No. 150; Page No. 31; Book No. XXIX; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Baltazar V. Servito.
