Ambonao, Calasiao, Pangasinan, containing an area of 790 sq. mtrs., more or less, covered by Tax Decl. No. 654, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with sale in favor of BASILISA J. MANAOIS, under  Doc. No. 47; Page No. II; Book No. LIV; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Dolorsindo I. Paner.
