Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GENARO ROSARIO & LEONORA S. PRADO, who died on August 27, 1999  and Sept. 12, 2011, at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Parayao, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of  17,214 sqmtrs, more or less, covered by OCT No. 22919 and its declared under  Tax Decl. No. 621, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with Sale in favor of REGINA P. ROSARIO married to Raymundo C. De Guzman that certain 14,345 sqmtrs only.
