NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee, RURAL BANK OF ALAMINOS, INC. with principal place of business at Brgy. Poblacion, Quezon Ave., Alaminos City, Pangasinan, against mortgagors, SPS. FELICIDAD & FRANCISCO F. BARAAN and ANTONIA REINOSO, Filipinos, of legal ages, and a resident of 35 Sanggunian Village, Caranglaan Dist., Dagupan City and Pandayan St., Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of June 10, 2015, a principal balance of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P270,000.00), Philippine Currency, excluding interests, attoreney’s fees and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex Officio thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on August 18, 2015 between the hours of 9:00 o’Clock in the morning and 4:00 o’Clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit.

“A parcel of residential land situated in Pandayan-Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of NINETY SIX (96) sq.meters, more or less. Declared under Tax Decl. No. 5735 and with an assessed value of P5,380.00.”

“A parcel of residential land situated in Pandayan-Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of EIGHTY 84 sq. meters, more or less, Declared under Tax Dec. No. 3736 and with an assessed value of P4,705.00.”

“A parcel of residential land situated in Pandayan-Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan with an area of NINETY SIX (96) sq. meters, more or less. Declared under Tax Dec. No. 5737 and with an assessed value of P5,380.00.”

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the above described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
