NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-Judicial Petition for Sale under Act No. 3135 as amended, filed on June 17, 2015 by RURAL BANK OF CALASIAO, INC., against SPS. EDGARDO TAMAYO AND CRESITA F. TAMAYO, with postal address at Malued District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of July 10, 2012 amounts to SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P750,000.00), Philippine Currency exclusive of penalties and other charges and expenses incidental to the public auction sale; the undersigned sheriff will sell at public auction on August 14, 2015 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM in front of the City Hall, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippines Currency, the below described property, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 5902-B-1 of the subdivision plan, Psd-01-069677 being a portion of Lot 5902-B (LRC) Psd-33822, L.R.C. Rec. No. 921), situated at the Brgy. Malued District, City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Old Road; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 5902-B-2of the Subd plan; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Inarangan Lake (4.50 m wide) Legal Easement 3.0 m wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 28 deg. 59’ W., 229.76 m. from B.B.M. No. 15, Cad. 217, thence N. 30 deg. 55’W., 10.78 mn. to point 2; thence N. 56 deg. 28’E., 13.97 m. to point 3, thence S. 37 deg. 13’E., 12.18 m. to point 4; thence S. 59 deg. 36’ W., 25.30 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (282) SQUARE METERS.

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property  will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on August 18, 2015, same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Tax Declaration of the property above-described and the encumbrances thereon of any there be.
