No. 241, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale in favor of GEORGE T. LI, that certain portion of 355 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 88; Page No. 19; Book No. IX; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
