Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late JUAN MOLINA and LAUDENCIA ORINION MOLINA, who both died intestate at San Jacinto, Pangasinan on December 30, 2015 and August 16, 2010, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Macayug, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 10,304 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 12045 covered by TCT No. 892, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale in favor of ADORA ESCAÑO, that certain 700 sq.m, only, under Doc. No. 22; Page No. 6; Book No. IV; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
