Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FELIPA ARMAS FERNANDEZ, who died on April 30, 1997 at Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Babasit, Manaoag, Pangasinan, containing an area of 518.6 sq. m. more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 13015, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of RUFINA MAGAYAGA married to Antonio Magayaga, under Doc. No. 32; Book No. X; Page No. 6; Series of 1999.
