Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late JOSEFA L. PACHECHO, who died on February 22, 2015 at San Jacinto, Pangasinan, consisting of a Bank Account Deposits at BDO Unibank Inc. (Bank) Dagupan-Perez Branch, in the amount of P65,492.92, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate  with waiver of rights in favor of MARILOU P. RAMOS.
