No. 00647194 is the subject of extrajudicial partition and absolute sale in favor of SPS. JAIME T. ESTAYO and MILA N. ESTAYO that certain 100 sq. mtrs, only, under Doc. No. 37; Page No. 9; Book No. IX; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Gerald Tabadero.
