CUM LAUDE — Justine Marie L. Arenas of Dagupan City, graduated cum laude from St. Louis University of Baguio City with a degree of Master in Pharmacy major in Hospital Pharmacy.  Her thesis “A Proposed Competency-Based Assessment Tool for Undergraduate Hospital Pharmacy Internship Program was cited by the panel.  Justine Marie was a consistent Honor student during her primary and secondary education having graduated Salutatorian at Dominican School, this city. She is the daughter of Atty. Napoleon B. Arenas Jr. of Dagupan City and Geraldine F. Layug of Tubao, La Union.
