Gov. Espino is greeted by Brigada volunteers.

Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. led the “Brigada Eskwela” kick-off ceremonies held at Mangaldan Integrated School Special Education Center (MISSC) in Mangaldan last May 18 (2nd photo) and at the Lilimasan Elementary School (LES) in San Carlos City last May 19 (3^rd photo). Gov. Espino (left photo, right) and Board Member Generoso Tulagan, Jr. (left photo, center) also led the blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony of the two newly constructed classrooms donated by the provincial government to LES-San Carlos City. Also present during the kick-off ceremony at MISSC are Mangaldan Mayor Bona Fe De Vera-Parayno, DepEd officials from Pangasinan Division II headed by newly-installed Schools Division Supt Donato D. Balderas, Jr., teachers, volunteer groups, civic organizations, business sector, municipal officials & barangay officials. /GDMoran
