Financial support for PWDs. Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (5^th from left) welcomes in his office some of the members of Persons with Disability (PWD) Federation during a courtesy call on Wednesday, May 13 at the Capitol Bldg., Lingayen. Gov. Espino granted an amount of P100, 000 as financial support for the National Paralympic Day set in July. Part of the amount will be allocated to the purchase of database system of the PWD Federation.
