Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late CRISPIN V. SAMERA, who died intestate on May 25, 2006 at Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, consisting of a certain parcel of land containing an area of 7,390 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 298816, and TD No. 18170, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of donation in favor of Aurelia V. Estrada, Bernardo A. Vistro, Condrado A. Vistro, Divina V. Depamaylo, Elizabeth V. Breguil, and Francis A. Vistro that certain 1,106 sq.m and Lourdes V. Cole, Alberto A. Velasquez, Roland A. Velasquez, Michael A. Velasquez and Babylyn V. Cerdenia that certain 850 sq.meters under Doc. No. 434; Page No. 87; Book No. I; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Haidee S. Sanchez-Soriano.
